My name is Wilner Ferdinand and I was born January 16, 1982, in Miami, Florida. I attended Miami Beach Senior High where I was a triple sport athlete. I was a four year letterman in basketball where I earned All-Dade honors each of the four years. I played football and track and field. After high school, I earned a full scholarship to Bethune-Cookman College. After years of training to maintain good health and high performance, I became passionate about training, so health and fitness wasn’t something I had to “do,” but it became a part of my lifestyle. I have an extensive background in training. I’ve been involved on and off the field since the age of 15 and now my love for fitness has become my career.
