Who are we?

We are Generation Y (Ages 16-29). We are aware of our worth, and we are unafraid to challenge the status quo. In a time where financial issues are almost inevitable for everyone, Generation Y has grown to be financially and technically savvy, as we have witnessed the worst possible scenarios. What’s Tha Word is here to make every single individual aware of their potential, and their ability to set the standard for generations to come.

What do we do?

What’s Tha Word informs you on what’s popular and trending in the Generation Y community, whether it be: Music, Entertainment, Fashion, Sports, Health&Fitness, News, Food or Travel. In addition, we provide interviews of people that are relevant to any one of those categories. These interviews are hosted, recorded, and produced by students and young adults that are aspiring to have a future in this line of work.

Where are we located?

In South Florida, which happens to be a microcosm of diversity, fashion, nightlife, health, and entertainment in general! There is no better place to represent Generation Y!

How did we get started?

It started by a twinge of frustration. A frustration brought on by the fact that Generation Y does not have the voice that it needs, being that they are the foundation for our future. What’s Tha Word wants to form a community for those whose voices need to be heard, and we want them to be loud and clear! What’s Tha Word?!
