Chris Stacy

Born and raised in Vermont, I dabbled into a little bit of everything: Sports, car racing, ATV’s and working all kinds of jobs.  In 2005, I made a decision that would essentially change my outlook on life: I decided to attend Lyndon State College to study Exercise Science.

While at LSC I was a Student Ambassador, Trainer in the fitness facility, Associate Professor and an athlete. I played basketball for the school for all four years.  It was there that I realized how deep my passion for Health and Fitness was.  Besides excelling in each of my classes, I became certified through the NSCA as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Earlier in 2011 I made the move to Florida, looking to utilize my personal training and athlete strength in conditioning skills.  While here, I started to pursue modeling and acting, making appearances on VH1’s Tough Love, Rock of Ages the movie and TruTV’s South Beach Towing. Furthermore, I’ve competed in my first NPC Men’s Physique Competition.

Feel free to contact me on my Facebook page or Twitter with questions and/or training progress.
