E! News Reporter hurts Jonah Hills’ feelings regarding Oscar Nom

by Abbey on January 26, 2012

The 2012 Oscar nominations have clearly generated some buzz — both positive and negative, but one actor, in particular, took some comments to heart.

Jonah Hill, costar of Brad Pitt in Moneyball, was one of the “surprising” nominees. In an interview with Marc Malkin, E! News reporter, Ashlan Gorse, dramatically expresses her surprise.

“That hurt my feelings,” said Hill. “I was shocked…but you guys shouldn’t have been shocked.”

Upon recieving the nom for Best Supporting Actor in Moneyball, Hill said, “I am so humbled, appreciative and in shock about this incredible honor. I’d like to thank the Academy, Sony Pictures , the cast and crew of Moneyball, Brad Pitt, and, most of all, our brilliant director Bennett Miller.”
