Easing Up On Your Diet For Halloween? Here Is A Workout To Sizzle Those Excess Calories: HIIT!

Tip O’ the Day – Trick or Treat -
Going with the holiday spirit and the usual activities that go along with it I have a challenge for each of you.
I know that many people are slipping on their diets at the moment with the excessive amount of candy in stores or in your house so I have a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workout for you!
Want to burn all kinds of calories and feel an amazing burn? Then try the “Bare Minimalist.” The Bare Minimalist combines kettle bell swings and burpees. Each round is a combined 60 reps and you are trying to complete it as quickly as you can.
To complete the challenge you will use whatever weight kettle bell you can swing consecutively (safely) with the reps of the swings and burpees totaling 60. For those that do not know a burpee is, it is when you squat down, thrust your legs back, do a push up, tuck them back under you and jump, as a fluid movement. That is 1 rep.
The first round will be 10 KB swings with 50 burpees, 2nd round 20 kb swings and 40 burpees, until your last round is 50 kb swings and 10 burpees.
